Culture War

Cultures have always clashed and evolved.

However, I think we are in a period of cultural upheaval which is unprecedented by most measures.

I don't believe there has ever been a period in human history where such a massive assault was waged against a civilization and its culture. The assault I am referring to is that against western civilization and the culture it represents.

Never have so many been induced to hate their own civilizational history and culture. A sort of self-loathing has spread like an intellectual miasma as the result of the infiltration into the institutions and especially academia, of people who despise their native culture and do all they can to convince others to adopt the same attitude.

Academia's principal role in this is to rewrite history in order to misrepresent it, portraying western civilization in the worst light possible, while at the same time painting all cultures which are non-western (non-European) as noble.

This has been going on for decades and has picked up speed significantly in the last two or three.

Unless a sea change occurs, this does not bode well for westerners and their civilization. A people who have lost confidence in the rightness of their values and goodness of their history can be easily guilt tripped into enslavement.
