David Allen has over 40 years of experience as a home improvement contractor. In his previous book entitled: ‘Confessions of a Contractor’ David offered some very valuable advice for homeowners. In this book he turns his attention to contractors, offering them a wealth of information to improve and increase their business. If this book had a subtitle it would probably be: ‘What I Wish I Had Known’.
